Ear modification

This procedure is called ear pinning or otoplasty. While it's basically cosmetic, it might help you pass a little better by making your face a little more non-descript.

Some women choose to have their ears surgically folded back so that they don't stick out as much. This can take attention away from the ears, especially if they are also large. TS model Caroline Cossey was very self-conscious of her ears, so if it really bothers you, you're in good company!
