As I have been saying for years, reparative therapist Kenneth Zucker and others associated with Toronto’s notorious CAMH Clarke Institute are the source of nearly all the pathologization of trans people in the field of mental health. The latest outrage is the appointment of Zucker as hear of the DSM-V Committee on Gender Identity Disorders.
Zucker is famous for forcing gender-variant children into reparative therapy, by taking away toys and other items they love in an attempt to make them not be trans.
