From a reader:
I’m starting up my transition and still looking for as much information everywhere, just like you have mention on your site. Since I’m stealth with a stable job and ~27 years old, I don’t really want to anyone else know what I have been doing on the computer and the privacy became a necessity to safely find more information.
There is a very simple solution that seems quite complete to browse with absolutely no traces. One can use a PC emulator like VirtualBox (freeware) and install windows XP onto a virtual machine.
http://www.virtualbox.org/It’s a quite simple process and allows people to keep everything self-contained. XP has a login password and virtualbox passes quite unnoticed.
Also, google has a service that is simply called “Docs” - this is good because you can create a new anonymous email account and save on this “Docs” features, the links to doctors or interesting sites without being worried to store them on the disk of a computer.
