Northwestern University and J. Michael Bailey Northwestern University is home base to several key people involved in the publication of The Man Who Would Be Queen by J. Michael Bailey. Bailey was Chair of their psychology department until shortly before he was secretly disciplined following an internal investigation into his research activities in November 2004.
